Monitors the Appliance Hardware

patch updating of software as new vulnerabilities occur

Management Reports on all gateway activity (Viruses stopped,
Hacks prevented, Top Sites visited, etc)
- Firmware and
Software updates dealing with new vulnerabilities should be
downloaded immediately that they
are available
- Ideally true
UTM will include monitoring the Internet gateway 7 x 24 x
365 for unusual activity.
- Expert
personnel should be available as part of the service
immediate remedial action to safe guard your
systems.
