Basic Support  - Our basic plan ensures that all of your desktops receive recommended maintenance and security. Ideal for companies with an existing in-house IT support team, firms with remote users or satellite offices. Provides unlimited live support for issues related to Ms Windows & Office, eMail, specified 3rd party applications /software, and Internet connectivity. Recommended for companies with 25 or less staff only 1 or 2 servers OR NO in house IT Support.

Advanced Support - Offers all of the above PLUS additional Services including more remote and phone support, plus added level of maintenance to your IT Systems with unlimited on-site support. This plan is ideal for companies with limited to no in-house IT support, firms in high growth mode or companies with multiple offices.

Premium Service - What do you need? Includes ALL the above unlimited (reasonable) remote and on-site support along with the added security of unlimited Remote After Hours Support.
